Frankenstein's Lab Setting Description
A distinct smell of decaying corpses stung the noses of those nearby. Lanterns hung in each corner filling the room with a dim light. Each mahogany shelf held glass jars containing peculiar rotting objects. Bunches of tangled metal chains hung from the ceiling, as if they were hung to death. Sapphire lightning bolts crackled mid- air, electrifying anything in a mile radius.
A hopeless body lay in the middle of the room. The light above him flickered like a twinkling star, spotlighting the bruises and scares, which were green as grass on a summer's day. A creased, stained sheet covered most of the grotesque body.
Wobbling to their death, a stack of unsteady, dusty books lay innocently in the corner. An aluminium trolley stood proudly beside the body. Lying on top of the trolley, was a small tray containing bags of fresh red blood cells. Worryingly, some were not fill to the brim. In a tank of murky, green water, eels swam around desperate to find an exit. The chipped concrete walls were crumbling to dust as what appeared to be rat waste dried onto the tiled flooring.
Behind a steel- shuttered door were sealed bags of arms, legs, noses and ears. that had been stitched together. The only pair of windows were covered with old newspapers, nobody could see in or out. Potions bubbled, turning a different colour with every second that passed. Spider's webs hugged the walls as blood splatters painted it red.
